We want you to be happy with your order! If there are any issues, don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.ย 

Returningย Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement to be sent free of charge. We'll ask you to provide a photo of the issue and aim to have a replacement in the mail within 15 days of receiving your photo.

Cancelling/Refunding Store Orders

You can request a cancellation and full refund on any order prior to receiving your shipping notification and we will try to cancel and refund your order if possible. Please contact us with your order number. If possible, we will cancel and refund your order before it ships.

Cancelling/Refundingย Crowdfunding Products

We can offer 90% refund on crowdfunding pledges if you contact us before we lock addresses on that project. Please contact us with your pledge details. Once addresses are locked, we can no longer cancel or refund pledges.

Returning Orders After They Have Shipped

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days upon original order delivery
  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee / 90% refund
  • Items must be returned in sealed, resalable condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • Any items that have been damaged in transit will not be eligible for refund
  • Shipping fees are not eligible for refundย 

Returningย Digital Product

We do not currently provide returns on digital products. If you have any trouble accessing your files, just contact us and we're happy to help troubleshoot.
